Video: Baby Pulled Out By Its Head

I have said it before and I will say it again. Apparently midwives and doctors never learned about gravity in medical school or midwifery school. Their view always takes precedence over common sense in childbirth. If the woman in this video used gravity to assist the birth, then the midwife would not have to pull the baby out by its head. Imagine someone pulling that hard on your head. You would need a chiropractor for life.

Babies will usually glide out smoothly on their own if the mother uses a vertical position for childbirth(either squatting, kneeling or all fours). Babies do not need to be forcibly pulled from the mother. It is barbaric to say the least. You also won’t see this much blood in a homebirth. Doesn’t common sense tell you that this can’t be good for the baby?
